LISA, Rema & Anitta Unite for FIFA World Cup 2026 Anthem

Thai superstar LISA, Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Rema and Brazilian hitmaker Anitta have joined forces for one of the biggest music collaborations tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Their new track, “Goals,” arrives as part of the official FIFA World Cup 2026 album and already has fans across the globe talking.

The high-energy anthem, created alongside FIFA Sound, officially dropped on May 21 and instantly positioned itself as a celebration of global culture, football and music.

Even more exciting, the trio will perform the song live for the first time during the World Cup opening ceremony on June 12 at Los Angeles Stadium.

For Africa, the collaboration marks another huge global win for Afrobeats.

Rema continues to push Nigerian music into major international spaces, and this latest FIFA partnership further proves the genre’s growing dominance on the world stage.

His presence alongside LISA and Anitta also highlights how African music now sits at the center of global pop culture conversations.

LISA described the collaboration as an exciting experience that connected artists from different parts of the world through music.

She explained that working with Anitta and Rema felt special because music naturally brings people together regardless of language or culture.

Rema also reflected on the significance of the moment. The “Calm Down” star celebrated the collaboration as a powerful fusion of sounds from three continents.

According to him, bringing their cultures and styles into one record represents a major moment for international music.

Meanwhile, Anitta called the opportunity deeply emotional because of her lifelong connection to football and the World Cup.

The Brazilian singer shared that growing up in Brazil made the tournament an unforgettable part of her life, so contributing to FIFA history now feels surreal and rewarding.

The release of “Goals” comes as excitement continues to build around the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament, which kicks off on June 11.

The competition will feature 48 teams competing across 16 cities in the United States, Canada and Mexico, making it the largest World Cup edition in history.

Beyond the football, FIFA appears focused on making music a major part of the tournament’s cultural identity.

Therefore, bringing together a Thai global icon, a Nigerian Afrobeats leader and a Brazilian pop superstar creates a soundtrack that reflects the diversity of football fans worldwide.

For Rema especially, the moment carries cultural weight. Over the last few years, Afrobeats artists have increasingly dominated global charts, festival stages and major international campaigns.

Now, with a FIFA World Cup anthem attached to his growing list of achievements, the Benin City-born artist continues to elevate Nigerian entertainment on the global map.

Social media reactions have also exploded since the song’s release.

Fans across Africa, Asia and Latin America praised the collaboration for blending different musical influences into one anthem designed for the world’s biggest sporting event.

As anticipation grows for the opening ceremony performance, “Goals” could easily become one of the defining football songs of this generation.

The collaboration already feels bigger than music alone. Instead, it represents a cultural crossover moment connecting continents through rhythm, sport and global star power.
